e-Signatures in Reviews

Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we are looking at the e-signature system for reviews. Let’s get started first from the Settings area. In the Settings area, you are able to essentially customize the e-signature option for your reviews. You can set up e-signatures for all reviews. Simply go to the reviews module and toggle that on. You can also, if you want to set it up for your automated reviews, essentially when you go into your automated reviews, in this case, individual anniversary review or onboarding reviews, you notice the e-signature line right there. Go ahead and toggle that on or off, depending on what your needs are. So over here I have it turned off, but of course I have it turned on over here. So let’s go to our reviews. If I created a review and I am going to go ahead and create a review monthly.

Alright, it’s a review for an individual. I am going to go ahead and just set it up right quick, select the individual and be able to set this up exactly how I want. Let’s see, that’s Peter right here. And this is based on team and it will be a manager review. Alright, so I’m basically enabling the individual to review the manager, excuse me, review the individual. If I choose to, I can have the individual also review the manager. So you have that option there. And right now I will select the appropriate group for this or the appropriate team. And notice right here have the option to toggle the e-signature on. So that’s how simple it is to be able to utilize the option to have the individual review have the e-signature component. So I’ll go ahead and finish this off real quick and then we’ll go to the next section.

So I’ve done this, but for the purposes of this video, I do have an existing review and I’m going to go ahead and show you how this would work when the end user actually completes the review. So I’m going to start my review. I’m going to go ahead with an upward review here. So basically I’m reviewing the manager and going to go ahead and just go through this really quickly so we can get to that section real quick here. And by the way, you know that you have four customization of the questions and the options that existed there. Alright, so now that I get to this point, I am being asked to e-sign this. Remember, I cannot complete this until I e-sign this and I have to log in with the correct credentials or else it will not work. I have to acknowledge what I’m doing and submit my review. So this is how eLeaP ensures that reviews are done properly, that the data is secure, and that you obviously have validated answers for your reviews.
