In this tutorial, we’re focusing on the survey status tiles located at the top of your page in the list section. These tiles are accessible to users at all levels and are incredibly useful for quickly honing in on specific types of surveys. For example, if I’m interested in surveys that are currently in progress, I can easily filter to see just those. Let me switch to another profile where I am a member. Now, I’m looking at upcoming surveys. These tiles are effective for focusing on the tasks that need immediate attention. The great thing about these tiles is that they not only allow for quick access to different survey statuses, such as upcoming, in progress, completed, or overdue, but also provide a straightforward way to access detailed information about a particular survey. By clicking on a survey, you can immediately start reviewing the data related to it. We will have a separate video detailing how surveys are analyzed and the specific data you can extract. For now, it’s important to know that these status tiles are a convenient feature for drilling down into specific survey statuses.
