Today, we’re focusing on the survey details. By clicking on a survey’s name, you can access data related to that survey. Both admins and managers have access to this data. Let me demonstrate by clicking on a survey as a manager, Rose, who is currently in the QA team. The top section of the survey details page provides general information about the survey. An important area to note is on the right, which displays the favorability scores. This score indicates how positive or negative the general responses are, particularly for rating-type questions. We have three rating questions: overall health, mental wellbeing, and level of stress. These questions give crucial insights, but I’ve noticed that the level of stress question is receiving the most negative scores, at only 57%. In the top respondents section, you’ll find a list of individuals who have completed the survey. For instance, Anna Stasia has a 47% favorability score, which is a significant concern. Examining the summary and responses for specific questions like stress and mental wellbeing, we see that Anna scores high on stress and moderate on mental wellbeing. This information is vital for identifying individuals who may need additional support. In eLeaP’s QA system, we encourage follow-up actions after a survey is completed. For example, in the case of Anna, I was able to reach out to her to schedule a private conversation to discuss her survey responses.
