In this quick tutorial, we are giving you an overview of the system from the profile or the viewpoint of a manager. At the top right corner are a couple of things to point out. You’ve got your feeds area and you have your notification area here, which you can close. You do have your own personal profile here. So this gives you your personal profile, including the option to select your language of choice. This is personal to you and does not change it for anybody else. You do have your statuses here for the various modules in the platform, so weekly status, PulsePoint goals, reviews, check-ins, and so on and so forth. If your account has our learning link option enabled for learning, you certainly can click on that to go to our learning platform. And last but not least on the top right is the gamification option there. Let’s go back to our dashboard. The first section of the dashboard here deals with company health or group health. So you can look at completion rate for tasks and weekly status plans, sentiment, accomplishments, plans, and challenges. You come to the middle section here of your dashboard and this is broken into four parts. So you’ve got your activity data here with the date picker, which you can utilize or the period picker. You’ve got your active users, you’ve got reviews that you’ve been assigned to or are working on. Those will be shown right here. And then the last section of that portion is the my to-do list. So you’ve got a to-do item here. If we scroll down, you will see the goal progress area, and this is broken down into all, but you can also subsegment this by organization, team and then of course, your personal goals. Now let’s concentrate on the left menu. So the weekly status area, which we can click on here, gives you information pertaining to what your team is working on on a week to week basis. And you can look at the different subtabs by user, for example, or the mine to get additional information. Whenever you are in the system, pay attention to these three lines here. They just indicate that there’s additional information there for you to be able to utilize as well as the period picker. Let’s go to the PulsePoint area. PulsePoint is a tool that lets folks answer two basic questions each day, and we use that information to be able to give you guidance and analysis on sentiment and health of your team, and you can certainly check that out. The next section is the goals area. And the goals area, as we mentioned earlier, are broken into all goals, but then you also go into organization level goals, team level goals, goals that you have created, and then goals of people that you manage. And you can certainly see goals that are not private. If a goal is set as private, you will not be able to see that. The hierarchy option lets you see the goal structure in a cascading kind of setup versus the list option. So again, feel free to check that out as well as the additional sort options that we mentioned. The next section we will go to is the reviews section. And the reviews section is very comprehensive. It allows you to review reviews from a creator perspective as well as from a reviewer perspective. And you also have the option to see your received reviews. And all of this data can be segmented based on the timeline that you have selected from over here. Also, don’t forget the three lines here, which give you additional filtering options. Okay? Now, if you want to create a review as a manager, you certainly can, and we do have additional videos for how to create reviews. Let’s go next to the check-ins area. And the check-ins area allow you to be able to perform check-ins, to have check-ins invitations extended to you as a manager. You can use AI to create check-ins if that is enabled for your account, and you can certainly take a look at existing check-ins to see how those look. And with that, we will go to the surveys area. The surveys area is again, permission-based. You will see upcoming surveys over here. You have information pertaining to current surveys as well as the timeline option for you to be able to select more longer timeframes to see additional data there. And the information is broken down for you very easily. If you go to the list view in the surveys area, you’ll be able to see details of the particular surveys, and of course you can see analytics for those particular surveys. The last part of the survey area is the ENPS area, which allows you to answer a simple question, and again, it is dependent on how your organization sets this up and you can certainly view what your answers are in terms of the ENPS value. Let’s go to the teams and people section. This is because you are a manager and this shows the teams that you belong in or are managing. If you don’t see the option to edit a team, it simply means that you are not a leader in that team and therefore are not able to edit that team. But you certainly can look at the different teams that you belong in, and if you do have edit capabilities, you’ll be able to perform that. The form templates area is a great way to create form templates that can then be utilized in different parts of the system, including surveys and reviews. And we do have separate videos on how to do that, including how to use AI to generate those form templates. At the bottom right corner, as we mentioned, is your pulse point indicator, and then on the bottom left corner is your help tool area there.
