In this quick tutorial, I am giving you an overview of the PMP system. As a manager, I will start from my dashboard here as a manager, showing my managed users my own to-do list. I can click to see my full list. I can click on items to go into the weekly status area. And as you can see, I have my dashboard area, I have the by user area. Now notice because I’m a manager of teams, I’m only going to see those members that are in my team. Okay? You can utilize the option to filter and all of that, and of course you do have your own items that you are managing. If you see a number next to this little checklist, it basically means that that particular item has several checklist items and you can ask you complete them. (00:57): Suddenly check the boxes for those items. Alright, let’s go to the second section, which is a pulse point section. And of course that shows you pulse point entries from team members and of course your own area over there. The next area we will tackle is the goals area. So of course in the goals area, you’ve got all goals, you’ve got organizational goals, you’ve got team level goals, and then of course you’ve got your own goals as well as goals for people that you manage that you can suddenly check out. Let’s take a quick look at the team level goals for our team here. So I’ve got my goal to enhance team efficiency. I’ve got these KR key results. And what’s neat about the PM tool is that you are able to stipulate things like what kind of metric you want to use for the key results. (01:51): In my case here, I have what we call custom metrics or custom units. So you can do a percentage, you can do currency, you can do units. So these are items that you can predefine, so items, sales and so on and so forth. And then you have custom units. So these you get to create in your account or use from other members in your account, if you will. Alright? And then of course as you get to track your progress in the system, if you will. So for example, complete tasks on time as you complete tasks, you can suddenly come here and you can indicate the status if you want to. For example, I can increase this to 65 so that you can see. And as I enter in the number there, it changes the percentage there for me automatically. Let’s go to the review section. (02:46): This is very, very neat. It lets you see the system from the viewpoint of a manager in the system. And of course, as you can see, I’ve got reviews here that I can review, I can take a look at and see the data that exists there. I can also see reviews that I have received. Alright? And then of course I have areas there where I can perform those reviews. So as can see, I can go right over here and I can perform a review. I actually do have reviews that are both, I can downward review and I can have other types of reviews dependent on the relationship between myself and whoever I am. Reviewing the check-ins area is a neat and powerful way to get essentially meet and set up to get check-ins, to get one-on-ones from team members in your managed list. So you can of course select the users that are in your managed teams and you can then of course perform the check-ins and one-on-ones from that point of view. (03:52): Air talking points, all of that good stuff. And then last but not least here is the surveys area. And of course you can check to see surveys that have been completed by team members. You can go to the ENPS area to look at the ENPS data there. What you’re seeing is a comprehensive system. And then of course you can also submit your ENPS answer. It turns out I need to submit mine, so I went ahead and did that. Then we’ll go to the teams and people area. So of course this is where you are able to manage teams that you either create and if you are a member of a team where you are not the team leader, you are not able to edit the team. However, if you are in a team where you are the team leader, you have the option to edit that team and to manage that team as you can see here. (04:41): Alright, last but not least is the form templates area here. So of course the form templates allows you to be able to either reuse templates that are being created and you can certainly preview those by clicking on the little preview right here. Or you can check out any templates that the platform has that you can borrow if you will, into your organization. And then in the top right corner as a manager, you also do have your profile. You have your quick tour area, you have a link to our learning platform if that is set up in the system. And you can easily see all of this data.
