Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we are taking a look at the ENPS settings. You get to the ENPS settings by clicking on the main settings area right there. Then you go to your module section and the ENPS is contained within our surveys module. So you want to click on that gear icon, and you do have generally three areas in the service area. You’ve got the general area, the metrics area, and the ENPS. So we are clicking on the ENPS area, and I have already activated my ENPS module. You can certainly can turn that off. But notice what happens when you activate it. Of course, you can designate when the period should start. You can designate how often it should repeat. So I have it repeated in six months, every six months. And then of course, you can select your template for the ENPS.

I do have mine already in there. Last but not least, you do have an option to select the anonymous option if you want folks to be able to respond. And then of course, we simply display the current period in the next period here. From the end user’s point of view, this is what they see. So this is the view from an employee and member. As you see in my surveys, ENPS section, I’ve got my section right here and I can just go here and click on the response that I want to give and hit submit answer. And now my ENPS submission has been added in. If you wanted to, for example, go back, I can go back to previous periods and see submissions for those periods. Alright, simply click on the little expansion here and you’ll be able to do that. I don’t believe I have entered any responses in previous periods, but this is simply the view from the end user.
