In this tutorial, we are looking at the different roles of users in the eLeaP performance management System, the PMP system, we have four levels of users. You have admins, senior managers, manager, and members. Admins pretty much are able to access the entire system. They’re able to access billing and other functions. Senior managers are able to access most of the system. However, they cannot access billing. They cannot edit teams created by admins and higher level users. Above senior managers, they’re able to add users to teams. For example, they’re able to edit reviews that were created by managers, and so it is a hierarchy. Okay? Then you have managers. Managers can be put into teams, and as a matter of fact, he has an example here where Michelle is actually in multiple teams. So you can have a manager who is in multiple teams and is able to essentially manage multiple teams, which is okay because you are going to have scenarios where individuals need to be able to manage multiple teams. (01:12): And then of course you have members. Members are the folks that are by and large employees. Alright, so these are your team members, and of course, a member can be added to teams, right? The system is built around the concept of teams, so make sure that when you add users into the system, that they’re being added to the appropriate teams. Also, if a member is a new member, they’ll have the new member tag on there. If you are interested in using our probation onboarding reviews, excuse me, make sure that you do have that section filled out in terms of, for example, how long that onboarding or probation period is. As well as of course, make sure that you have the high dates added in there. The user guide goes into more details in terms of the different roles and their permission, so be sure to check that out. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any of the features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
