Goals – Add New Goal – Simple

Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we’re going to learn how to add a new goal to your account. As I’m logged in as an admin, I’ll start by clicking on ‘Add a Goal.’

First, I’ll enter the goal name. For this example, I’ll quickly paste a pre-written name here. Next, it’s essential to set a goal deadline. I’ll set mine for the end of January. Make sure to select a specific time for the goal’s expiration.

Now, since I’m an admin, I have the option to assign this goal to individuals. In this case, I can assign it to myself or choose other people. Alternatively, the goal can be assigned to a team. Notice how the interface changes to ‘team option’ when I select it, allowing me to choose one or multiple teams.

The third option is to designate the goal as an organizational goal. If that’s the case, toggle to the organizational goal setting and then simply click ‘Add Goal.’

And there you have it, a straightforward way to create a new goal. In our next video, we’ll explore a more advanced approach to goal creation.
