In this tutorial, we want to give you a way to check your analytics for the weekly status system. So of course you can go over there, click on dashboard if it’s not on the dashboard section. At the very top is an overview, inclusive of goals that you have and what activities have moved those goals forward for that week. And then you’ve got these tiles here that are breaking down the various sections of the weekly status system. So of course overall completion of tasks, sentiment analysis for the week, and then of course the various accomplishments or statuses. Alright, if you come down here to this part of the page, you can scroll down through the different tasks and plans and just note that it will load up for you. And same thing with the accomplishments, challenges, and of course next week’s plans. (01:02): Let’s take a look at this top right section here right now it defaults to a weekly cadence, if you will or timeframe, but you can change that to monthly, quarterly, or even annual or year, right? So you simply select the timeframe of your choice to match what you want to get accomplished. The other thing you can do is once you have the timeframe, you can go back. So for example, you see right there where I click my back button, it basically goes back based on that timeframe. You see that? So right now we’re in the July timeframe. I selected monthly. If we go to the buy user section, a couple of things I want to point out. Use the filter and sort options here to pretty much fill to get additional selection options. I personally like to use a completion rate option here to be able to get my list sorted by the completion rate for whatever timeframe that is. (02:05): And you simply would click on the name of the individual to drill down and get more information. The cool thing about this selection is that it does stay for that individual. So for example, I can advance to the next month and essentially have that data showing right there. Remember the sentiment values also being calculated from the PulsePoint system.
