In this quick tutorial, we are looking at an overview of the reviews system. I am actually going to start in my settings area, go over to my modules and I will go to the gear icon for my reviews. You can set up your automated reviews. We do have separate videos for that. Individual as well as onboarding reviews. You can ensure that your reviews have e-signatures. If you want to toggle that on, go ahead and do that. And then the next thing we want to do is go over to our form templates area. This is the questionnaires that you will be using for your reviews. So please take the time to create or either use reviews templates from our library, which you can grab. Simply go over to the library section for that. The third part is teams and people. Typically reviews are centered around teams, so individuals or you can create custom reviews. So please take a look at the teams and people area. Alright, let’s go to our review section and I am going to collapse this. Alright, so in the review section you’ve got a couple of options here. You can extend the timeframe for the data that is showing. You can click on the three dots or the three lines here and you’ll be able to see additional filtering options. And then of course you’ve got the review data that is showing here in the charts as well as the individual reviews here. If you click on the overview, that is because you are in there as an admin or the person that created the review, you will be able to see data pertaining to that review. So that’s what the overview is for. If you do have the opportunity to complete the review, you will see the option to of course perform the review in this case here. Alright, let’s take a look at adding in reviews. So I’m going to click right here where it says add new review. And I’m going to say this is jonas’s review. Alright? And I am going to leave it as a one time, but I can do a continuous review also. I’ll go ahead and leave the start and end times alone. And you do have an option to utilize the reminder and notification options here. I’ll go ahead and leave that alone for now. In the system you have four types of reviews. You can do organization reviews. This goes to everybody in the organization. Team-based reviews. You can do individual reviews. So what you essentially will select an individual, and it does use the team-based relationships for that, or you can fully customize the review. So let me give you an example. Let this case here, for example, I want to have this individual be reviewed or I can add multiple folks in this particular line and then I can go in and add their subordinates. What I am basically doing here is customizing the relationships, what we call review circles. Alright? So you can customize this to the T as much as you want, who are the peers. You can pretty much go in here and create a list of these people that you want to perform the various reviews. You are able to assign reviews to other owners to manage. And so feel free to do that over here or leave it as the default. And then last but not least, you can toggle the e-signature option on. If you want the reviewee to be able to in turn review those folks, giving them feedback, you can check this box here and then of course last but not least, you go to the next. And this is where you select the form templates. This is dynamic, it is based on the configuration here. So for example, if I don’t want any subordinates to be part of this review circle, you can see where it removes that particular section or template. Alright? So you simply select the templates, and by the way, these are the questionnaires that you would’ve created. And if you need to create questionnaires or need help figuring out which questionnaires to use, just let us know and we’ll be happy to do that. You can utilize this option here to create a new form. If you do want the individuals to be able to provide a self-assessment, toggle that on and you will be able to then of course select the questionnaire for the self-assessment. Alright, so as you can see, I am basically filling all of this out and then you hit create and that takes care of creating the review for you. Alright, so it’s that simple to do. Alright, let’s go back to our reviews page here. And I am actually going to pull up a review that has already been performed and has some data so we can utilize that. So I’ll filter my results and pull up my review. Perfect. So this review is great because it gives us multiple sections to look at. You’ve got the self-assessment area here, you’ve got the upward reviews area here. You can click on the individual on the left and you’ll get the data pulled on the right. Note that you can download these review reports. You can download everything right from up here. You can download section by section. So we are in the upward review area. You can download each section and then you can of course download per individual. So if let’s say I just want the review downloaded for this individual, I can do that right over here. When performing reviews, the system has the ability for you to look at what we call the analytics area. So of course the analytics area allows the system to basically pull down some information for you pertaining to this individual that has occured during the year or the period being reviewed. So feel free to check that out. So this is a quick overview. We do have specific videos as we go deeper into each section of the review system.
