In this quick tutorial, we are looking at the org chart section of the settings area. Again, just hit on settings and click on the org chart sub menu. When you first create your account, there will be no org chart. What you want to do is click right here where it says Create org chart, and what you’re going to do is start with a top position. So I’m just going to make something up here, CEO, and then select whoever is a top user. And then whenever you click on the A subordinate, the system basically creates another layer for you. Okay, so COO, I’m just making, again, we setting this up. And same process. You can add a subordinate under Kevin, and you can continue the process. So let’s say you want to add a salesperson. Let’s say you want to come over here and add another subordinate under Kevin. (00:57): So you just come over here and you create a subordinate under Kevin. And let’s see, we can go with Bravo right over here. So as you can see, this process can continue to go down as much as you want. So if I add another layer here, so say a digital marketer, I can pretty much go in and add the next person here. If let’s say I need to remove this individual, I made a mistake, you can suddenly come over here and hit the X and you remove the person and change that to whoever you want. If you want to remove the entire branch, you just simply click on the little minus icon there and it will take that out. This is super important because the org chart allows the system to be able to be utilized in the reviews process, which we’ll take a look at later on, and it’s able to set up those system based relationships, those organization based relationships between direct reports. So take the time to invest in creating your org chart. If you need help doing this, please don’t hesitate to contact Eli. We are here to help. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any other features in the system, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
