This tutorial will guide you through the ‘By User’ section of the PulsePoint system. As an admin, when you access this section, you can see your entire list of users. However, as a manager, visibility is limited to members within the teams you manage. In my case, I can see Peter and myself listed, as well as any other team members who submit PulsePoint inputs, but only for those in my teams. As an end user or a member, you won’t have access to this same view. The ‘By User’ section is particularly useful for quick filtering. You can select teams, if you’re part of multiple teams, or individual users. Additionally, the sort option here is handy. Don’t forget to use the period selector to adjust the time frame of the data you’re viewing. You can easily navigate back and forth through the system using this selector. Let’s say you’re in the ‘By User’ section and you choose a specific month, like in this example. Here, we see a submission from Peter. I’ll delve into more details about how this works in a moment. Notice that new comments in which you’ve been tagged are indicated, and you have the option to reply. This highlights the interactive capabilities within the ‘By User’ section once you click on a user’s details.
