In this tutorial, we are looking at the weekly status task management system. This is a critical component of ensuring that performances are always high. What is the weekly status task management system? Well, it is where you go to put in the focused activities that you want to work on for the week. Alright, so as you can see here, the week is broken up or the system is broken up into different timeframes. So I do have mine organized right now by a week, but I can certainly select an option for the month and so on and so forth. Let’s go back to the weekly status. Alright, so in the weekly status section here, for this part week, you have the items that are in your to-do, alright? And what you will then be able to do is to be able to add in items for that week. So let’s say I have these particular items for this week that I’ve added in there. If I need to add in a checklist item. And the checklist item is essentially a subsection that goes into a main task. So for example, I have this task here to create a campaign. I might have several items that support this. So for example, draft series. So this will be the first. Generate content. Alright? So these are all sub items that are going to go into the particular list, alright, of items, we call them check list items. And so you can add in those as well as of course add in your item into the system. And as you go through the week, as you accomplish items, you simply can either drag them into the various sections. So for example, I can drag this into the accomplishment area, or you can use the ellipses, the three dots to move it to the various areas. So it could be a challenge if, let’s say something is blocking you from achieving this particular task here of updating, in this case here, the user guide, you can move it into challenges. If you need to move an item to the next week for whatever reason, simply do that. You can move that item to the next week. So you do have all of those options that exist there. And of course, as you increments your or move your items into the accomplishment area, you will see that your goal completion for the week automatically also increments. So this is a quick look of the weekly status items that you have in the system. One thing I forgot to mention is how to link items right into goals. So as you can see here, this particular item is linked to a goal. See it right here. This is a goal that as I accomplish these weekly items, I’m able to push this goal up. Well, how do you link your weekly items to goals? Well, that’s very easy to do. I’m going to go back to my weekly status items and I’ll go ahead and edit this particular item. And you notice you’ve got several options. You’ve got the emoji option here. Alright? You can add an emoji if you want to. You do have in the middle there the goal icon. If I click on that, it would bring up goals that I can link my weekly item to. So for example, I can link this to a 30 day marketing goal. And similarly, you can attach files to your weekly status item. If, let’s say you are working on something and it does require files or additional resources, you can add those in. When you look at a weekly status item that has the goal icon, it essentially means that that particular item is linked to a goal. And so if you click on the icon of the goal, you’ll be able to see whatever goal it is linked to and therefore be able to click to go to those goals. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any other features in the system, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
