In this tutorial, we are looking at how to add a continuous review. Alright, so I’m gonna click right here and I’ll add my title. So there’s a continuous review, it’s an org-wide review, and right over here is where I’m going to switch this from a one-time review to a continuous review. Then you hit Next. Here you have the start date and time, which of course you can change if you like. I’ll leave it for now. Then you have the review frequency — this is super important. Select the frequency that fits your organization. If, for example, you want the review to happen every four months, simply select that option. Next, move to the wait time. Do you want the system to continue automatically once the fourth month is completed, or wait before starting the next series? If you want a brief pause between review periods, simply select the option that works for you. In my case, I’ll say, “Let’s wait five days and then kick off the next iteration.” Then, decide when you want the reviews to end — for example, how many occurrences or cycles. I can set this for four occurrences, which might cover about a year. You can come back later to change this if needed. You also have the option to send a review email. I’m turning this off for now because I receive a lot of emails during recordings, but know that you can enable this along with deadline reminders. Click Next. Because this is an org-wide review, you can select the different types of review, such as 180, 360, manager-employee, and so on. I’ll stick with 360 for now. Next, select review assignment preferences — it can be org chart-based or system relations-based. We explained this in a previous video. You can also keep ownership as yourself or switch it to someone else, even have multiple owners if needed. Then, you can enable e-signature requirements if applicable. Under visibility options, choose what’s best for your organization. Next, select your templates. If you don’t already have one, check the template library or contact eLeaP. You can also create your own template directly here. I’ll go ahead and select my templates. Quick tip — name your templates clearly so they’re easy to locate. If you want to see a preview, click Preview to view it before applying. Finally, click Create, and the system will create your continuous review. Once it’s created, you’ll see it in the Upcoming status, where you can still edit or delete it. Once it moves to In Progress, you can no longer make changes.
