In this quick tutorial, we are giving you an overview of the system from the viewpoint of a member. We will start at the top right corner. You’ve got the feeds area, you’ve got your notifications area, and also of course your profile, which you can click on to see your profile. Your profile would include things like the groups that you belong in, the teams that you belong in, and of course the option for you to select your own personal language. If you want to change that in the system. You also have the gamification option on the right, as well as things like the quick tour and the learning link, which goes to our learning platform where you can take your training. Your personal profile section is also broken down into several subsections, so you can go from weekly status to PulsePoint, to reviews to goals, check-in surveys, and so on and so forth. I’m going to expand my left menu here and go back to my dashboard. Alright, so in your dashboard area at the very top, you are able to see sentiment, completions, accomplishments, goals, and challenges. If you want to search for something, you can simply just use this quick search here to get information about that. The middle section of your dashboard contains four areas or four columns. You’ve got your activity report here. Then, you have the most active users in your teams. You’ve got the review section which points you to reviews that you currently have or need to perform or have been attributed to you. And then you’ve got the my to do area here. If you click on the name of the review, for example, you’ll go to that review. You can also click on the link, go to reviews, and you will be taken to that particular section. And then in the bottom part you have goals. Goals are very important. You can have your own personal goals, you can have team goals, or you can even have organization goals that you belong in. Let’s look at the bottom right corner. This is your pulse point. You can bring it up and you’ll be able to answer two very, very simple questions. If you need to add additional information and even share this, you certainly can do that. On the left menu, we have the weekly status area, which is where you have your weekly plans, and of course you can link these to goals if you like. You’ve got your pulse point area, as we mentioned, your goals area, which is broken down again into all goals, organization goals, team, as well as your personal goals. And you can see the details pertaining to those goals, including your progress within those goals. The review section is multifaceted. It allows you to concentrate on reviews for the period of the period selector. You can certainly increase this to month or other period options to see additional information. You’ve got reviews that you are performing as well as reviews that you have received, so feel free to check out all of those options here. For example, I still have a peer review here for one of my peers that I’m still to perform. And of course the receive reviews area will give you reviews that you have received if you have received any reviews there. The check-ins area is great because you can utilize the check-ins area to be able to either be participating in a check-in or requesting a check-in, so feel free to check that out and you will see the details of any check-ins that you are involved in, including the notes and plans and additional pertinent information of that check-in. Don’t forget to link your check-ins with your calendar, whether you’ve got Google Calendar or an Outlook calendar, you certainly can link those here. We go next to the surveys area. And the surveys area is really, really important. It gives you a chance to look at current surveys that you have, as well as surveys that you’ve been assigned to and you can participate in those surveys. It is an important activity that you can do to help your team and organization by participating in surveys. This is an example of a survey that I have participated in. The last section here is the ENPS section, and if you click on it, it typically will give you a question that you can answer and it might be repeated over several times during the year. It all depends on how your organization has set this up. And then the bottom left corner is the need help area.
