PulsePoint – Mine

Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we’ll explore the ‘Mine’ section of the PulsePoint system. This feature is accessible to all users, including admins, team members, and managers.

In the ‘Mine’ section, you will find a list of items that you have personally inputted. For example, in my case as an admin, I have entries for two specific dates. If you notice a comment icon next to a date, it indicates the presence of a journal entry or comment, which you can click on to view the details.

Another key aspect of the ‘Mine’ section is the ability to monitor various metrics such as completion rate, average sentiment, and productivity score. You can also navigate back in time to review your past submissions.

Utilizing a longer timeframe allows you to quickly access and analyze more detailed information. Remember, this is your personal area, and you can access it as a team member or an admin. As an admin, if you want to view entries of a specific user, you can do so by using the ‘By User’ option and selecting the user whose information you want to review. Additionally, you have the option to select a specific timeframe for the data you wish to see.
