In this quick tutorial, we are going to show you how to add items to your weekly status task management system. So for example, I’m in here as Peter Lazarus, and I do have my to-do items here, and you can actually see them right over there. I’m going to click on this item and go over to my weekly status area. If you see a number and a little check mark here, it basically means that that item has multiple kind of sub items, checklist items. You can click on it to see which they are, and if you want to add a new one for example, or additional, just simply do that and add that in there. If, let’s say you wanted to take this particular item and link it to a goal, you can do that. Simply click on the little goal icon right here. (00:48): It’ll bring up the goals that you are either involved in or have created, and you can just attach it to that goal. Make sure you do save so that the goal is now appended to that item. If let’s say an item is completed or you do want to add a comment, you definitely can do that. Love the new content, just go in and add comments. You can actually ping somebody or tag somebody in the comment, and then you can simply move items. You can grab drag and drop if you want to. For example, I can move this to the accomplishments area if I want to, so just grab drag and drop. You can also move items to say challenges if they’re obviously problematic for you. If, let’s say you wanted to use an emoji because why not write, you can do that, definitely do that. (01:45): Utilize the emoji options there to do that very, very easily. And then of course, just save your work. As you do that, your weekly task area are really important and a core part of how to make sure that items that are set up in goals, for example, are being worked on a daily basis, on a weekly basis, so they don’t all come just crush it down at once. It allows you to really manage your ability to achieve over the long haul because you are managing your tasks in shorter timeframes. And of course, if there’s an issue that needs more support, you definitely can utilize tools like the check-ins area to create a check-in with your manager or vice versa to be able to get assistance for that particular item. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any of the features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
