Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we are looking at the survey system for managers in the manager account. You do have the surveys right over there. You can open up your menu to see it written out. And this is the icon. You have three sections in the survey system. You’ve got the dashboard, the list view, and the ENPS area. Okay, now let’s go back to our dashboard real quick. The dashboard area allows you to be able to do a couple of things. Of course, get access to updates for your surveys, including updates of survey completions and so on and so forth. You do have the option to select different time periods, so you can do a week, quarter, month, what have you, can go back and forth. So if you go back to a previous period, whether it’s a weekly period or what have you.

And so those options exist there. Let’s go over to our list view. In the list view, you do have the survey tiles. These are status tiles, so from progress all the way to overdue. And then of course you’ve got your individual surveys right here. And of course, as I mentioned before, the Favorability score right here is pretty important. If you do click on the survey, you would get the details of that survey, including analytics. We do have a separate video that goes into more details regarding the survey analytics, so feel free to check that video out. Something I wanted to point out here is the three lines here. If you click on that, it will expand the options for you to be able to sort by name or filter by name, select specific teams, categories, and then on the right side, use the certain options over there. The ENPS area is for managers reporting area, so of course this tells you what your ENPS score is. Admins are the ones that see that overall scores, so feel free to contact your admins.
