In this tutorial, we are looking at the surveys system from the manager profile. So I am going to go to the surveys tab on my left there. I’ll go ahead and collapse this so I have a full screen to view. On this dashboard, you have several sections to pay attention to. If you have any surveys that are out, you’ll see the statuses of those surveys. So for example, we do have a survey that’s out. It is 50% completed. You can look at things like average time to complete as well as device types and favorability averages. You do have an upcoming and in progress survey section, so you can certainly check that out. And of course, if you do click on the link of the upcoming survey, you will be taken to that particular survey that you can complete. We’ll come back to that in a second. Let’s go back to our dashboard. You do have your most engaging questions. Most active teams, and top responders on your dashboard. Pay attention to the period picker because you can utilize that to narrow down the data that is shown on this page. Okay, let’s go to our list view. And in the list view, you will be able to see your surveys listed there. You’ll also have these progress charts or statuses right here. So you can look for example, overdue surveys. You can look for surveys that are ended. If you do click on the tile again, it will reset so that you are able to see the full information. In the list view, you do have an option to either overview a survey or complete it if it’s been assigned to you. And so feel free to take advantage of that. The last section is the ENPS employee Net Promoter Score, and it will display the question there if you’ve not responded to it, and of course your response if you have responded to it. So feel free to check that out. Please note that the surveys system works in concert with our form template system. So form templates is how you create the questionnaires that will either be utilized in surveys or in reviews. So again, feel free to take advantage of that system to create the various fields that you would want to utilize in your surveys or other areas of the platform.
