In this quick tutorial, we are looking at the surveys system. In this case, I am in here as a member. You can certainly utilize the period picker here to change the period of time you want for this data to flow. I’m going to go to my list view here, and I just want to point out a couple of things. I do have a survey that is in progress, and you can utilize these indicators here to be able to target particular types of surveys. In this case here I have a survey that is in progress. I’ll click to complete it and I’m just going to go ahead and put my responses there and hit submit. Now, once you submit your survey, you do have, depending on how the survey is set up, you’ve got different criteria in terms of being able to see responses. If you see the button here, say view responses, what that means is the responses for the survey private. In other words, you can only see your responses, you cannot see responses from others. If you see the button indicate overview, what that means is that the responses are open, and so you can see responses from other users that have submitted responses to the survey. So if I click right here on overview, I will see that this particular survey, for example, I can see the data in the summary area. And then of course I can see that I have two responses here. If I click on the question, I’ll see the two responses. If I click on the responses area, I’ll see the individuals that have provided responses. And so this is more open. If you see the overview button. Of course, these designations are decided on by the individual that created the survey, so they get to decide what criteria they want for the data to be shared. If you see a grade out overview, it means that you can’t view the completion data for that particular survey because you have not participated in that survey even though you had a chance to participate. So that’s what that basically means. It’s a permissions thing. So this is a quick look at the survey area. Of course, we also have the ENPS area employee net Promoter score area. And of course, if you have not completed that, you will get the option to complete it. And then of course, in this case, it is a series of recurring short survey questions that come and I will be ready for the next iteration of this.
