In this tutorial, we are focused on the surveys tool in the system. One of the insights that we have gleaned from 18 years of doing this, over 18 years of doing this, is that folks want to have their opinions had and that they want to have their insights matter to organizations and so on and so forth. So when appropriate and when invited, participate in a forum for a service, excuse me, you would get a notification, you would have the onboard notification like this, and it simply allows you to go in and summit your opinion, the different types of questions you have, questions that are rating questions, questions that you have a short answer, enjoy from outside the company. Alright? And you have two options. You can submit your answers anonymously or submit them basically publicly. This option is designated by the creator of the survey. (01:14): So I’m just going to go ahead and submit my survey response right here. And what’s cool about this is that once you submit your survey response, you do have the analytics information available to you so you can go check that out. As you can see right here, you can of course, if your team or organization has shared service with you in the past, you definitely can go in and check the data pertaining to that and get valuable insights too, of course. So it looks like the survey has a deadline that has passed. No worries. But the service area, great tool that are designated or designed to help provide very important feedback information to provide insights that team members can provide, either on a team basis, organization base, or just somebody who participates or invites you to participate in a survey. So feel free to check that out. And of course, as we indicated, you can submit anonymously if you’re given that option. And we do have a separate video that explains the terminology in surveys and whatnot. So feel free to check that out. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any of the features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
