In this tutorial, we are looking at an explanation of your survey results. So let’s start with, I’m going into the metrics subsection right here, the sub tab right here. Let’s start with, we’ve already talked about metrics in another video. These are your categorization of questions, metrics, respondents, excuse me, is the number of people that have submitted responses or an answer to a question across your account for this particular metric. So you have in general, 18 responses here. For the culture metric, that’s what that means. This is not specific to the survey, this is across your entire account. Favorability has to do with the average data of the rating field represented as a percentage. So of course the rating field is a five, five number scale, if you will. So for example, if the written field is a three out of five, that’s a 60%. (01:03): Of course we convert those into percentages for you so that you don’t have to do the comparison. Alright? The mean is essentially the average. Alright? So that is the account average of the written field for the assigned metric. And then the survey mean is the current survey average of rating fields for that particular assigned metrics. So that’s important. And what this typically does is if you want to just watch these two, the mean the survey mean, we use that to calculate the comparison generally. Basically telling you, Hey, is this particular metric a wash? Is it underperforming, is it overperforming? And you can see which particular metrics are underperforming or overperforming by this green or red or amber triangle. Now let’s go into the summary tab and go into a question because we want to actually look at details for that. So I’m going to this question and I’m going to go into metrics for this question. (02:13): So in this particular question, a couple of things that we are looking at is the field mean. Now this is the average of the current written field that the user is reviewing. So this is the average for this particular field. Basically what we’re saying is that for this particular question, this is the average that we are looking at this. So the field mean is the average of the responses for this particular question. Alright? Now, of course the mean, as we saw earlier on, that is the average for this particular rating, health across your entire account. And of course we do give you a comparison. What that does is it allows you to be able to see how are the responses from your users for this particular question compared to how other users have responded to a similar question, similar, basically using the metric across your account. (03:08): And what we are saying here is that in this instance here, your users or respondents, excuse me, have a higher favorability for this part of question. So let’s just look at a question on a scale of one to five. Do you feel like your creative ideas are valued at work? And basically what’s happening is more of the respondents are saying yes, they feel like their creative ideas are valued at work. And of course if you compare that to some other questions where the response is negative, then of course the idea here being, well take a look at that question, see what is going on in that question and how you can get better responses by being proactive the next month, the next quarter, and what have you. So these are some of the metrics that we have in the eLeaP survey responses. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about reading your responses. In general, of course, what we’ve done is made it simple so that when you look at a comparison person scale here, it does give you an insight into, essentially just look at is the triangle pointing down or up? If it’s pointing down, it means that generally the responses in that question are tendon or trending negative versus positive. And that should give you the insights you need to be able to improve. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any other features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
