This is a quick overview of your account as you log in for the first time. I’m actually going to start from the bottom and work my way up. When you first log in, go to the settings section. You’ve got several different subsections there. And what I’ll ask you to focus in on, for example, would be branding, where you can upload your logo. If you are looking to start with your reviews evaluation, I will say go over to the modules section and click on the gear icon for reviews. And over there you are able to add in some configurations. Don’t worry if you don’t understand everything or have questions about these. You can contact us down here in the need help area and we’ll be able to assist you. Just know that the system is very comprehensive, allowing you to do things like individual reviews as well as onboarding reviews. So enough with this section here. We’ll come back to it and cover additional areas in the settings. I’m going to go to the next section for you to pay attention to, which is the form templates area. When you first create your account, you’ll not have any form templates here. You can go over to the library sub tab over here and you’ll see form templates. If you click on the three dots here, you’ll be able to copy them into your account so that you can begin to see how form templates can be created or utilized. If you are interested in creating a new form, simply use the add form. You can even use ai to create a form. The form template essentially is the way that you create questions that can then be utilized in your reviews, and we do have separate videos for how to do that. Let’s keep moving up. And the next section is our teams and people area. The system really works hard to craft relationships that make it easy to be able to create the different review packages that you want. And that all starts in the teams and people area. You can create as many teams and people as you want. And what happens in the teams area is that you are able to set up the structure that would work for your organization or for specific managers. Managers can also create their own teams, but what this section does is it lets you create the container that then allows you to be able to define, for example, this manager has these direct reports and therefore can review them and vice versa. So utilize the team’s area to do that. You have the people area to be able to add users in your free trial. You can add up to five users. Feel free to do that. You can add users one at a time or in bulk. Alright, let’s take a look at the surveys area. Surveys are a great way to get feedback from users When you first log into the system. You might not have any surveys here. Not a problem. Go to the list area, click add new survey, and you’ll be able to create a survey. Remember those form templates that we talked about? That’s how you are able to create the survey. So you are going to be required to have that. And again, we do have specific videos on any of these. As a matter of fact, whenever you see the little purple icon over there, put your cursor over it, you’ll see a tool tip and a link to a specific video that gives you more information about that particular feature in the system. The check-ins is a workhorse. It allows team members, team leaders, managers and others to be able to create these frequent check-ins, which are so vital in being able to move people towards the level of performance and engagement that you want. And you will be able to create the various check-ins or team leaders can do that. Managers can also do that in the system. Let’s go to the review section, which is another workhorse of the system. Reviews are very comprehensive. You can create reviews for individual users, individual teams, or the whole organization if you like. You can have one time or continuous reviews, and you have a whole range of options that you can utilize when creating reviews. So feel free to check out the video for reviews in terms of how they are created, as well as other functionalities such as even delegating reviews for others to be able to manage on your behalf In the review section, you can overview an existing review or you can actually participate in performing that review. So again, you have the review, you have the analytics, and there’s a whole range of options there for you and we will delve deeper into that in separate videos pertaining to the review system. The next step is the goals area. Goals are the way that people have clarity in terms of what it is that they should be working on, and so you can create goals for people. Managers can create goals for folks. Team members can create their own goals. You have a wealth of information about the proper ways that goals should be created and of course how to track those goals using what we call key results. Others call these KPIs. Alright, so certainly feel free to do that. The pulse point area is a great way to engage users. At the bottom right corner is a pulse point indicator and you’ll be able to utilize that as your day goes to be able to input responses to two simple questions into the system. Next is the weekly status area. What is that? Well, it is a way that you are ensuring that on a week to week basis what you and your team members are working on are actually moving you closer to achieving those goals, and to achieving the results that you want. And so utilizing the goals, the weekly status area is a great way to be able to have folks be able to be accountable in fact and be able to provide information about what they’re working on and in some cases how what they’re working on is able to be linked to goals. So whenever you see an icon of a goal in the weekly status item, it means that that individual is working on that item to be able to get their goals met. Next, we will go to the dashboard area. And the dashboard area, I’m actually going to collapse the left menu there, gives you a very quick overview of your account. As an admin, you have the top section that gives information about various parts of system health, account health, your user health, and then you come into more of the tactical area. This has to do with things like weekly tasks and events that are going on. You do have your active users section here and reviews that do need your attention right over here. Each user has different items being shown on their dashboard. This is what I am doing in terms of my dashboard here. And of course I see my to-dos on the right at the top right corner, my feeds area, my notifications area. And then if I go to the profile section, I have my personal profile in the system and can change things like the language option in the system. Note that this affects only my account, it does not affect the entire account of the company. You also have the ability to do a quick tour as well as to link out to our learning platform that gives you access to that particular platform. Last but not least is the gamification tool that also exists if you have that turned on. So feel free to check that. So this is a very deep but quick overview of the system.
