I want to give you a quick tour as you start your free trial. First thing I want to encourage you to do, by the way, you can expand and minimize this menu here. First thing I want you to do is I want you to actually go to the form templates area. Once you are in the form templates area, toggle over to the library section. You’ll see some library pre-created templates that you can actually grab and add to your account. Just click the little three dots and click add to workspace. Alright, I’ll come back to that in a second. The second thing you want to do is go to the teams and people area. In the teams and people area. You are able to add users, which are great when you are in your trial. So you can import users or you can add users one at a time. (00:43): And then what you want to do is you want to go over to a teams area and create at least one team. The neat thing about Teams is that it actually allows you to maximize your free trial because teams are used in all kinds of places, including reviews, goals, check-ins, surveys, and what have you. So feel free to create teams in the system. We’ll go next to our setting area. So go to the setting area. And the setting area. You’ve got a couple of tabs there that you can pay attention to. Org charts are a great way to really supercharge your experience in the system. The org chat allows the system to learn about your organization, who is reporting to who, and then be able to use that information and that intelligence to create smart service and smart reviews for you. Alright, so after all of that, let’s go over to a couple of sections here. (01:37): If you want to create a review, just go to a review section, click add review, and you have four sections here. General review period, review of configuration and templates. Remember those templates we talked about. Just go through that process and you’ll be able to create those reviews. The check-ins area is a great way to really bring feedback to your teams and you can create check-ins made up of individuals, teams, groups, what have you. The service is another really powerful tool. You can create service, you can create ENPS. We can talk about all of these things.
