In this tutorial, we are looking at the review system from the viewpoint of a member. So first off, when you are in the system, you will get notices including email notices of different activities. For example, you can have a notice about a review that has been assigned to you. Of course, if you do have a review assigned to you, simply go to the review section and you’ll see the reviews there that have been assigned to you. If you do see the review button here, it means that you have not yet responded to that review. And so in this case here, I’m going to just show you guys how simple it is to perform the review that has been assigned to you. So of course I’ve got all these questions from this form that has been created and I can perform my review. (00:59): Once you submit a review note that you’ll see this pencil icon, which would be there all the way through till the review is closed out. This date line shows you when the review will be closed out. Now you can go back in and you can edit your answers up to the date or the time of the review ending. If you want to see details of the review, simply click review details and we will share with you details about this review. For example, it is an individual review. For example, it tells you based on teams and it’s a comprehensive review and all of that. So we show you details of that. Lemme go back to the reviews section. So I have reviews that have ended, and if I click view responses, I can click right over here and I’ll be able to see my responses to the reviews that have been submitted, as you can see right here. So it is important that you participate in your reviews. Alright, once you have a review assigned to you and you get notice of that, do participate in the review. (02:19): To do the review, just go to the review system, click on the name. In this case, this is the name of the group, the team, and you have two or actually three sections here. You’ve got the self-assessment area, which basically means that you have been assigned to actually provide your personal take on this. So you have a self-assessment section. These questions, they are created by your account admins as well as managers, whoever is in charge of creating the review, they do provide that the questions. So if you have any questions about that, please contact them anyways. And you notice right here, I didn’t fill out all the fields and I will be prompted to do that. I’ve filled out the self-assessment area. Again, notice the pencil is there for you to go back and edit and you have the option to see the review details. (03:20): Alright? You also have an option warranted to check out an analytical summary. Okay? So if you do see that option there, you can click on it to see an analytical summary. Then you have upward reviews. So these, remember the self-assessment is you essentially reviewing yourself. The upward review is you reviewing your boss. And so the questions there are going to be different. So you can certainly see the difference and the full functionality of the system here because it is requiring of you to provide answers based on the type of relationships that have been set up in the system. So this is an upward review, which is me reviewing a manager, a supervisor, and then I’ve got a peer review. This is me reviewing members of my team that are peers. So we are basically on the same level, if you will. So again, you do have an option to do that here. (04:21): And so provide that important input because this is what your company relies on. Your organization is going to rely on you. Respondent in full to this. If you want to go to the next person, simply click on their name and the system loads up the template, the form, and you just continue to perform your reviews. Alright, so this is the page for all reviews. You also of course do see these options here that allow you to be able to select the different statuses. So you can see completed reviews, you can see reviews that have ended, and of course reviews that have been overdue. In other words, you did not complete them before the allotted date. And that’s what this is. If you go to the receive review section, this tells you reviews that you have seen. Now reviews that you are allowed to see responses for will be displayed here. (05:16): If you are not allowed to see those responses, you will not see the data. Alright? So that is again, dependent on your organization. In this case, you have received a review from my manager. It’s a downward review and I can click on their name and that loads their responses and their answers. So this allows me to see what somebody else has said about me in terms of the review, right? So this is a view, a very, very comprehensive view of the review system from the point of view of a member or a user. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any other features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
