Notifications

Hello and welcome to this tutorial on eLeaP’s notification system. The system is indicated by a bell icon, with a number that increases as new alerts and notifications are added.

I’ll demonstrate using a member account. Here, you can see my notifications. Clicking on the bell icon displays the notifications, which include comments on check-in items and more. Clicking on any notification item takes you directly to the relevant section, making it easy to access and respond.

Now, switching to my admin account, you’ll notice a comment added to a one-on-one section. Clicking on it takes you straight to that section. Managing notifications is straightforward. You can mark them as read, close individual notifications using the ‘X’ icon, or even mark all as read. There’s also an option to delete all notifications to keep the area clean.

It’s important to note that clearing notifications here doesn’t affect email notifications; you’ll continue to receive them as usual.
