In this quick tutorial, we want to take a different tact. We are actually looking into our metrics for surveys, and we will talk a little bit about that. So basically what I did was went into my settings area, went into my modules, and clicked over to my module. These are the metrics, and these are basically categories. So there are specific themes that you can put into your surveys that would then allow our clients to be able to aggregate questions by the various surveys. These are super important because they allow clients to be able to get more insights into how questions are being responded to. By having these categories or metrics, you’re able to get better insights into specific areas of concern. For example, areas of improvements, you are able to get a more holistic view of survey data. And so if I go into my surveys area and I bring up a survey, for example, well, let’s start with this, your onboarding experience. (01:05): So pretty much in this survey, what I’m going to do is to look at, all right, first off, these pills or these sections here, your metrics and what you are typically looking for, for example, are your favorability scores. We’ll talk about all of those. But what these do is they allow you to see where you are performing above average, where you perform below average in this particular survey, for example, doing pretty good, but let’s give another survey type and give you a sense of how, for example, different outcomes can be gleaned from that survey. So in this example of a survey here, you can see where the purpose metric, for example, is underperforming. The energy metrics is overperforming, same as culture. And so if I go into my summary right here, and for example, look over at my favorability scores section here, and I basically see an area which has a lower favorability score lasting this right here. (02:06): And the reason is because 56%, I click on the question, guess what? I’m able to get more insights. I’m able to see, ooh, the reason why it’s under performing is because you have very strong sentiments that are more negative versus positive. The reason if you want to go into your responses is pretty much here, right? So this gives you a chance to be able to get granular information. Now, why do we stress so much time on these metrics? Because it does help our clients to get better values out of these surveys that they’re doing. They’re able to answer the question of which metrics are we strongest in? Which metric are we weakest in? Where do we need to improve? What do we need to pay attention in the next quarter and what have you? And so when you are creating your survey, we did look the form templates. (03:01): You can actually attribute these metrics to specific questions. And again, as we saw, you get to fully customize these metrics in terms of what your organization needs. And then of course, be able to utilize the tool to get that type of insight back and really take it to the next level. The q and a area is a conversation starter. So as you get all of these insights from users, guess what? You can take it to the next level. You can actually drill down and ask, Hey, you shared this. What did you mean? And have people actually provide more context for the responses that they gave you. And that’s what you get with the eLeaP system. That’s what you get with the powerful metrics and Surveys module that we have. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any other features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
