In this tutorial, we’ll add key results to our goals using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology. This method involves setting an objective and then defining quantifiable key results to achieve it. We have five key results to add. I’ll start with the first one: ‘Improve customer satisfaction by 20%.’ I’ll add it here. Remember, you can always come back to edit these key results or add additional values. I’ll add another one: ‘Launch a new customer feedback platform.’ The numbering seems off, but it’s just for demonstration purposes. Next, let’s add ‘Conduct three focus groups quarterly.’ Once added, the next step is to set up tracking for these key results. eLeaP’s PMP system has a neat feature for this. By clicking on the percentage icon, you can access the key results settings. Though we have a detailed video on this, I’ll show you a simple example. I’ll select three items as the criteria to measure the achievement of our goal. For instance, for the customer focus groups, each time one is completed, I’ll update the counter here by incrementing it by one. If two focus groups are done, I’ll increase the count accordingly. This method makes it straightforward to track key results. Additionally, you can set shorter deadlines for key results than the overall goal’s deadline. For example, if you have a quarterly goal, you might want to achieve certain key results in 15 or 30 days. This flexibility allows for more detailed planning within the overall goal timeframe. As usual, if you have any questions about adding key results or any other features in eLeaP, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
