Global Search

Hello, and welcome to our tutorial on the global search feature in the PSP system. Today, I’ll demonstrate how you can use the global search function, located in the top left section, to find various items within the system.

As an example, I’ll search for a specific user. As an admin, I have access to a vast amount of data, so it may take a few seconds for the results to appear. The system searches comprehensively for any matches related to your query. You’ll see hits in various sections, such as weekly status, live demos, and the people section. If relevant, goals that match the query will also appear.

For end users, such as members, search results will vary. If you search for something that doesn’t involve members of your group, you won’t get a result. This demonstrates how the search query operates differently for different users.

I also conducted a search using another name. The results showed matches in both the goals and the check-ins areas, illustrating the effectiveness of the global search feature.
