Goals – Sub Menus

Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we’re examining the ‘Goals’ section, particularly the sub tabs within it. I’ll start with the ‘All Goals’ tab. Here, the system displays All goals, but the total number you see varies based on your account type. As an admin, I can view all organizational goals. In contrast, as a member, you’ll only see goals pertinent to you, such as those assigned to you or created by you. For example, I currently have three personal goals, but as a manager, I have 12 goals, including organization-wide objectives.

Now, returning to my admin account, you can switch to the ‘Organization’ tab to view goals assigned across the organization. There are additional tabs like ‘Teams,’ ‘Mine’ for personal goals, and ‘People,’ where you can search for goals associated with specific individuals. This can be done using the filter and sort options.

By selecting a person’s name in the filter, you can view goals they’ve created. The ‘clear’ function removes any active filters. Let’s go back to the ‘All’ tab. Here, you can see different goal statuses, including ‘on track,’ ‘at risk,’ ‘off track,’ and ‘completed.’ Clicking on these tabs filters the goals accordingly. Again, the goals you see depend on your account type and the goals you’re associated with.
