This tutorial provides a quick overview of the surveys module, which works in conjunction with the form templates system. As an admin, the surveys module presents several sections: the dashboard, the list area, and the ENPS, which stands for Employee Net Promoter Score. Let’s start with the dashboard. Here, you can find key metrics like the Overall Completion Rate for surveys within your selected time period, device types used for Survey Completion, and Top responders. Pay particular attention to two scores on the dashboard: the Favorability score and the Completion score. The higher the Favorability score, the more positive sentiment you’re receiving from survey respondents. We’ll delve into survey details to see the specifics of this shortly. Additionally, tabs are available to quickly access surveys based on their status, such as those in progress, and to view your ENPS. Let’s briefly touch on the ENPS. It’s a metric derived from a simple question in surveys, and the response is used to calculate your organization’s ENPS score, which ranges from negative to positive. A score of 69.2, for example, is considered high. It’s rare to achieve a perfect 100%, so don’t be discouraged by lower scores. Explore the ENPS section for more insights.
