In this tutorial, we are looking at the surveys module. To get to the surveys module, you simply click on it on the left menu. If the left menu is collapsed, you can click on the icon to get to the surveys module. Right now, I am going to increase the time period for the surveys module to a year, and that should give me more data in my dashboard. Alright, so just a quick overview on your dashboard. You do have surveys that are in progress, completed and in various statuses. You also do have analytics for completions, including device types and average favorability. You do have your AI summary section here, and then most engaging, most active and top respondents over here. Let’s go to the list view, and so I’ll click on the list section and I have several different status tiles here. I can click on in progress to see which surveys are in progress. I can go to upcoming surveys, completed surveys, surveys that are ended, and surveys that are overdue. Note that if you click on the tile, again, it resets your data. A couple of other areas is you’ve got your total number of surveys here, you’ve got your filter or sort options in the three lines here. You can click on that to get additional information and then of course you can add in new surveys right over here. Okay, let’s go back to the surveys and let’s go ahead and close the three lines and let’s concentrate on the list of surveys. So you do have your survey, you have data that shows here, including completion analytics, as well as the ability to overview, depending on your permission type in the system. Next, the three lines here are called ellipses. You can click on them to see additional information and additional menu items including editing, deletion, or even duplicating a survey. For surveys that are in progress, you will see an extra line or you will see an option to pause, if for any reason you need to pause those surveys. So feel free to check that out. If you do click on a survey, you’ll be able to get analytics for the survey. So typically this would include things like your summary section here, your detailed section here, and then of course if there’s a Q&A section that you want to have discussions around, you can certainly do that here. You’ve got your metrics area, you’ve got your top respondents, you’ve got your AI analysis section here, as well as the ability to export out the survey data. Note that depending on the question types, you might see things like your metrics analytics and that is an important piece if you were interested in looking at that type of data. So just ensure that your survey form contains those particular metrics values so that you can take advantage of that analytics feature. Alright, let’s go to the next section, which is the eNPS. eNPS stands for Employee Net Promoter score. And in the eNPS area, it is a simple question that is asked and you can edit this question to meet your own requirements. However, we do provide the backend, including the analytics component to be able to decipher the responses. And typically your eNPS score is calculated and your results are in three sections. You can see promoters, you can see passives and detractors. eNPS measures loyalty which is essentially what it comes down to. So you are able to see that information here. Note that the eNPS frequency is set in your settings area, so you can go to your settings area to set that up. Whether you want it to happen twice a year, every quarter, every year, you get to decide that option. There are several other videos for the surveys tool so feel free to check those out.
