Surveys – Filtering & Sorting Options

Hello and welcome to eLeaP. Today, we’re exploring the filtering and sorting options within the surveys module. Start by clicking on the three lines to expand the options menu. Here, you can search by survey name, making it easy to find specific surveys quickly.

You also have the ability to filter surveys by teams. For example, if I want to view surveys related to the RM group, I simply select that team, hit ‘filter,’ and the results for that specific team are displayed.

Additionally, you can filter surveys by categories. Just select the desired category, hit ‘filter,’ and the relevant information is presented. As an admin, you have complete control over access, allowing you to select individual users and view information pertinent to them.

Another useful feature is the start and end date filters. For instance, if I want to see surveys ending in the next month, I can set these parameters using the start and end date options.

Moving on to sorting options, located on the right side of the screen. Here, you can sort surveys by various criteria, such as in progress, upcoming, average favorability rate, and more. These options offer a range of analytics to help you utilize the system to its fullest.

We plan to create videos that delve deeper into using these tabs for different survey statuses, as well as another video focusing on individual survey results and analytics.
