In this quick tutorial, we are looking at the dashboard for the eLeaP performance management platform from the viewpoint of an admin. At the very top, you have an option to do quick searches right there. You do have the feeds area. You have your notification area, and then of course your personal profile, as well as drill down links that go to the quick tour. There’s a Learning link for the learning platform as well as your profile link. Alright, the next section deals with completions for weekly tasks, as well as of course, challenges and accomplishments. Let’s continue down. We do have this section here that deals with weekly tasks, most engaged users within the system or active users within the system. Reviews that are relevant for the current period that are in there. And you can simply click on the review name and you will get the details. And then on the right side, that is your personal to-dos. Let’s keep scrolling. You’ll get to the goal progress section, which breaks down goals into various progress statuses, partial, nearly, off track at risk, and so on and so forth. You can click on the individual tiles to get more details or even scroll through the goals right there. Let’s look at our left menu, and of course you can collapse and expand the left menu to have more space. The weekly status area allows you to deal with weekly tasks, link these tasks to goals, and so on and so forth. Let’s go to our pulse point system, which lets you keep a pulse on user sentiment and engagement in the system. The next is the goals area, which gives you more details in terms of goals that have been created, shared progress, and linked to weekly task and the like. The plans area is comprehensive. It allows you to be able to take a look at developing specific plans either for onboarding, for career advancement, for performance related items, or customized if you want. The next section is the review section, which again is very comprehensive. You are going to see individual reviews, team-based reviews, organization reviews, anniversary or onboarding reviews, all of that here if you have that set up. The check-ins area is an area that lets folks be able to have meetings either on a one-on-one basis, check-in meetings, as well as other meetings that can be created and managed through the system. It is very, very comprehensive. We go to the surveys area where you will be able to see data of existing surveys as well as create surveys and ENPS type forms that you can send out. If we look at the teams and people area, it is organized according to the teams, or groups that you have as well as your user list that you have there. The form templates area allows you to be able to create all kinds of forms for the system, and you can drill down in the audit trail section to get more details. The settings section is permissions based and allows you to be able to set such specific permissions for specific modules in the system.
