In this tutorial, we are looking at how to add reviews. I am in the review section. You can always expand the left menu — super easy to do. Click right here to add a new review. This is going to be a one-time org-wide review, so there’s the name and title of the review. You can add a description and select categories if you like. Leave it as a one-time selection, then go to the review start and end dates. Feel free to change those to whatever you want. You can also choose the reminder option. Next section — Review Configuration. The orientation is already locked in as org-wide (organization). The review type will be a 360 review when you select organization-type review. Under assignment preferences, you have two options: Org hierarchy: uses the organization chart structure you’ve created. System relations: uses a combination of the org chart (if it exists) and team relationships to create the review. Select whichever option works best for you. Under Review Ownership, you can switch ownership to another user. For example, add or switch it to Antonia. You can also select E-signature requirements, depending on your needs. Next, under Review Visibility, you can choose whether to share answers or not. Then, move to selecting the types of templates you want to utilize. If you don’t have templates already, click Create Form to build one. You can include a self-assessment and select templates for each review type. Good practice: name your templates according to relationship types — e.g., Peer Review. You can search for templates by name. Select the templates for this review — for example, Peer Review, Downward Review, and Self-Assessment. If you toggle the self-assessment option on, be sure to select the corresponding template. Once you hit Create, the system locks in your settings. After about a minute or two, the status changes from Upcoming to In Progress. While the review is in Upcoming status, you can still edit it.
