In this tutorial, we are going to look at a view of the sub menus in the system. Pretty much starting from the Saturn area over here, where you have the sub menus that you can go to, the audit trail section, which gives you a collection of logs that have been collected in the system. The form templates is a really neat place to be able to create form templates that you can then utilize in your performance reviews or in your surveys. So please take a look at that. We do have dedicated videos for all of these sections, the people and teams area. This is where you are able to check out how your organization is set up when it comes to, for example, teams. So you’ve got team leaders, team -size weekly tasks, and you can check out how that works with all of the options for weekly status items by members, your personal weekly status items, and then,members, and of course the people that are actually in your account, folks that you’ve uploaded and folks that have been deleted and are pending cycling out of the system. (01:02): Let’s go next to the surveys area. So this is where you get to basically check out how your users are responding to your surveys. Okay, so you’ve got multiple sections there. You’ve got the list of surveys that you’ve got there. You also have the ENPS area that lets you check out the ENPS responses from your users. Next, we go to your check-ins area. So check-ins are great for being able to have structured conversations, so short conversations one-on-ones, and then of course, more in depth conversations with check-ins. You’re able to have those in the system. The system can be linked to your Google calendar or your Outlook calendar, and of course, you are able to invite as many people as you want to a check-in. Next we go to the review section. This is partly handled almost in terms of the settings, partly handled in the settings area, but let’s go to the reviews area. (02:05): In the reviews area, you were able to utilize the system to collect all kinds of reviews, whether they’re individual reviews, team-based reviews, anniversary reviews, onboarding reviews. It’s a very, very comprehensive system. But not only that, you also are a participant in reviews, and so you can receive reviews. Then we go to the goals area. This is how you focus your teams. You’re able to create goals for organization wide goals, goals for teams, goals for individuals, and of course, as well as your own personal goals. Then we go to the PulsePoint area, which is basically a way to gauge how your team members are feeling. Okay? This is important for engagement to be able to ensure that if there are, that you’re catching those proactively and not waiting. So the PulsePoint area is really neat for that. The weekly studies area is a task management system. (03:11): This kind of breaks down your goals into bite size weekly tasks, and you can check out how that works with all of the options for weekly status items by members, your personal weekly status items, and then of course, last but not least, you’ve got your dashboard. Then on the top right corner, you’ve got your personal profile. Alright, you’ve got the quick tour, and then you’ve got a link to the Lenin platform if you have that system enabled.
