Today, we’re exploring the ‘By User’ sub-tab in the Weekly Status system, a robust feature of our platform. This section allows for expanded options using the three lines icon. One useful function here is the ability to filter data by team. For instance, if I want to view data specifically for the sales and marketing team, I can easily select that team to filter the data accordingly. Another feature is the ‘Sort by’ option, offering various sorting criteria. I’m particularly interested in the ‘Completion Rate.’ By selecting this, the data is now organized by the completion rate. You have the flexibility to sort the data in different ways, such as highest to lowest, lowest to highest, or alphabetical orders. This interface allows you to clear filters to revert to the full data view. You can search for specific users or click on a user’s name to view their information. As an admin, I can see data for the entire organization, but a manager would only see data related to their team, showcasing the permission-based nature of the system. You can also delve into what each individual has worked on each week. The system links plans to goals, so when you click on a plan, you can see the associated goal, like in this example here. Clicking on it again provides deeper insights into the various plans and more detailed information. The Weekly Status by user system is user-friendly and adaptable. Don’t forget about the period picker option, which lets you control the range of data displayed.
