In this quick tutorial, we are giving you a quick overview on the surveys module. The surveys module works in concert with the form templates system, which we will talk about very, very soon. As an admin, I have my dashboard, I have my list area. I have my e n p s. enps stands for Employee Net Promoter Score. Alright, so those are the sections within your surveys system. Lemme go back to my dashboard real quick. Here in my dashboard, a couple of things that I just want to point out would be things like your completion, overall completion rate for surveys for the time period that you’ve selected. Obviously, device types, all of that good stuff. Top responders. You can see that if you go over to your list view. Alright, let’s now drill in. A couple of things I want you to pay attention to is your favorability score, which is right here, and then your completion score. Okay? You will notice that the higher your favorability score, the higher positive sentiment that you are gaining from your survey respondents. We’ll take a look at the survey details for you to see the details of that. You also have these tabs here, which allow you to quickly go into specific survey statuses. So which surveys are in progress. You can go drill down to those particular surveys, and naturally your enps. I’m just going to quickly go over this. We’ll get into more details about enps very, very quickly soon. So your enps, again, it is the Employee Net Promoter Score. What it is, is a simple question that is asked and based on the response. We crunch the numbers, we have the formula, and we give you your enps score for your organization. This is a 69.2. That’s high. enps can go from a negative to positive. So don’t feel bad if you don’t have a hundred percent. As a matter of fact, it’s very, very rare to get a hundred percent. So anyways, feel free to check out the enps area. We’re going to be doing subsequent videos that go into specific parts of the surveys system, including how to actually even create your surveys. And we do have quick pulse surveys. We have recurring surveys, we have all kinds of surveys, certainly, including your enps surveys. So we’ll cover all of those in our subsequent videos.
