In this tutorial, we are looking at the modules settings in your company settings area. If you go over to your setting area and click on the module sub tab, you’ll see the modules that are available in the system. By and large, the ones that are indicated by the switch really don’t need to do much, but if you do switch them off, then simply know that those particular features will no longer be available and you can of course activate them from this section. Alright, let’s focus on the ones that do have the gear icon. Those basically indicate that there are additional settings in this. So let’s take the reviews module, for example. In the reviews module, you do have the general area there where you can of course activate and deactivate the module just like we saw earlier on. And then you also have a section there called automated reviews. (00:52): This is very important because this is where you activate your individual anniversary review. And typically what you do is once you have that activated, you are then able to include the parameters. I don’t want to deactivate this account, but you are able to include parameters such as the review step period, the types of form templates that you want to utilize, as well as the review answer visibility. So this is very important. We’ll have specific videos addressing this in more detail. The other section of the automated review section is how to activate your onboarding reviews. Again, toggle that, switch on, excuse me, toggle that switch on, and then be able to set the parameters. When do you want this onboarding review to start? And of course, what templates do you want to utilize, including self-assessment? Alright, and then of course, last but not least is the review answers area. (01:46): So please spend some time over there if you are interested in utilizing the automated reviews. And I don’t know why you wouldn’t. It’s a really powerful part of the system. Alright, so those are the review sections. Let’s go to surveys. In the surveys area, of course you can activate the module. You can also go to the metrics area, which is where you create these metrics. And these are really powerful indicators of how people are doing in your survey and it allows you to compare metrics. The other section is the ENPS area where you can create your ENPS activation and of course set the cadence for when the ENPS review is. All survey is sent out. In my case here, I have it every six months. And then of course you can select the template for the ENPS section or module. Okay? So that’s what you have in the surveys area. (02:39): Alright, let’s go to the check-ins area. Very important. Again, you can activate the module, you can activate the Google Calendar services, you can activate the Outlook calendar services. These are powerful tools that allow the eLeaP PMP to integrate with these particular calendar services. So if your organization uses Outlook or teams, suddenly feel free to activate the Outlook calendar services so that it is able to put those meetings, those check-in meetings into Outlook directly. If you are a Google system user, you can definitely activate the Google Calendar services or you can activate both of them and allow people to choose which they prefer. Alright, and so this is the section for modules and how to be able to utilize the various capabilities of the eLeaP PMP system.
