Telania, LLC. eLeaP™ Services takes your privacy seriously and has updated our policy (effective 05-25-2018) to better comply with the new privacy law – GDPR.
User Privacy Statement
Telania, LLC. uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of our on-line visitors and subscribers. We understand your need to appropriately control your personal information and know when and how such information may be used by us. Telania, LLC. only gathers personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address, etc. when voluntarily submitted by a visitor.
E-mail – Telania, LLC. uses links throughout its Web site to provide a visitor with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail to ask questions or provide comments and suggestions. In addition, Telania, LLC. may offer a visitor the opportunity to have a Telania, LLC. representative contact him or her personally to provide additional information about a product or service. In order to do so, Telania, LLC. may request additional personal information from the visitor that is relevant or necessary to satisfy the request.
Forms – There may be some forms that provide the visitor an opportunity to join a mail list, submit a URL, a product, book or site review. As part of the form, a visitor may be asked to provide a name and/or email address. This information is used to respond to requests and verify submissions to Telania, LLC. and will not be published without your explicit permission.
Your private information will not be sold, rented, leased, or disclosed in any manner to any person without your prior consent unless otherwise required by law, or except as may be necessary for the performance of Telania, LLC., for auditing requirements or as part of regulatory compliance. Also, Telania, LLC. will release otherwise confidential information to law enforcement authorities upon receipt of a relevant search warrant or subpoena, and will respond similarly to a relevant discovery order in a civil litigation setting. Telania, LLC. has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Telania, LLC. has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU and Switzerland.
Information to Individuals regarding the Principles of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework

Our statement: We do not disclose personal information to any third parties. If, in the future, we were to transfer data to a third party for a purpose that is materially different than what that data was originally collected, we would provide individuals the opportunity to opt out of having their data disclosed. - The right of individuals to access their personal data
Our statement: We simply host training content and reports for our clients. They have every right to access their account information at any time. As an end-user, you can access the personal information that the client organization holds. Depending on the type of information, you may be able to directly correct, amend, or delete that information where it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the Principles, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to your individual privacy in the case in question, or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated. - The choices and means your organization offers individuals for limiting the use and disclosure of their personal data
Our statement: We don’t use or disclose personal information as our system is used by companies to train their own employees and users. Our client companies can offer their users (individuals) the opportunity to choose (opt-out) whether their personal information is (i) to be disclosed to a third party or (ii) to be used for a purpose that is materially different from the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individuals. We will work closely with our client companies to provide end-users (Individuals) with clear, conspicuous, and readily available mechanisms to exercise their choice. - Your organization being subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

Our statement: We do not currently transfer data to third parties. However, as a Privacy Shield organization, we have responsibility for the processing of personal information we receive under the Privacy Shield. If in the future we were to transfer data to a third party for a purpose that is materially different than what that data was originally collected, we would provide individuals the opportunity to opt-out of having their data disclosed.
