In this tutorial, we want to focus on the PulsePoint system. First of just a little background. PulsePoint is a personal checkup system, alright? Basically if you are logged into a system, I believe around three thereabouts East end, you get a lot of prompt that comes up asking how your day is, what you feel about your productivity for the day. But it is always going to be seated at the right top, bottom, right corner here. You can always go to it and essentially two questions is all that the system asks. So you can definitely match the mood for the day and give a gauge of your productivity. If you do want to, you can share additional information. So this would be something that you can definitely add into the system. And if you want to as a new user in the system, you can share your entry worth. (00:57): And this is just the message section here can share with anybody that you want within your team, of course. But as an admin, of course you have the PulsePoint system over here. And over there you can see a general analytics of what’s going on in your organization. Please note that the PulsePoint system can be very private, so you should respect that. Matter of fact, if a user does not want to share anything personal, they don’t have to. So it is safe in that way, but it does give you a chance to see things like what’s the average sentiment, how I engage my users, what are they reporting when it comes to their personal productivity for the week, for the month, for the year. And again, just like in other parts of the system, you can utilize this option here to be able to get a lot more data going back months, years, quarters, what have you. (01:57): So it’s super easy to do. If you go to the middle there, that’s where you can now start niche down. What I always recommend is go over here using the filtering options and simply utilize any of those. So for example, I can say, look, I need to find out more about the sentiment characterization, or I need to find out more about the productivity characterization. And the system will basically be set up to do that. If let’s say something is going on and you want to check in with somebody, you definitely can do that. Alright? You can check in with folks, basically put a little comment on there if you want to. As a matter of fact, I’m going to go back to week. Alright? So for example, I want to acknowledge something that’s going on here. All you have to do is just simply click on the day, if you will, and you just can post information. (02:46): If you find, on the other hand, somebody’s having a difficult time, for example, you can just go right over to their particular profile and you can see what’s going on there and you, hey, listen, what’s going on? Can you share? Is there something that we can help with? And again, the idea is that you are able to have that proactive outreach. And then of course, as we have indicated in the past, this is a place for you personally. So you can definitely log in what’s going on personally because you do have a PulsePoint account. Alright?
