In this tutorial, we are looking at the setting area for the reviews module. To get to this area, you simply go to your setting tab. On the left there, click on modules, and you want to click on the gear icon for the reviews module. Alright, so in this section you’ve got two major areas. You’ve got the general, and then you’ve got the automated reviews area in the setting area. So what does that mean In the general area? You can’t switch off the entire module. So this is what I’ve just done. I’ve switched off the entire module. Of course, if I go there, you’ll notice that the module is off. So let’s go back to the modules and go to the review settings. And this case, I’m going to switch it back on and of course the module is back on. (00:50): The other thing that you have to notice is right here it says E-signature required. This is super important. What this means is if you toggle that on, then what eLeaP does is it ensures that any review that you create will have as part of their submission process for that review, a requirement for the user to e-sign their submission to e-sign only to essentially put in their login credentials, right? Username and password to be able to e-sign. It is a validated action. It does allow you to ensure that the folks that are submitting reviews are the right people to be doing that. So if you want this to be a company-wide setting where every review submitted requires this, simply toggle this on. If you don’t want this to be a global thing, you can leave it off here and then whenever you go to create a new review, you simply will have the option to include that requirement. (01:54): So I’ll show you right now, you see right here in the review creation process, once I get to this point, I can toggle this on, and this is basically on a case by case basis for each individual review. Alright, so notice we had looked at the modules settings and certainly looked at the general settings in terms of the activation and the e-signature requirement. Let’s go to the automated reviews subsection of the reviews sentence. So right over here you can activate your adversary reviews, pretty important. So toggle the switch on, and then you go to where it says View and edit, and you can then include the details there. You can create these templates very, very easily or bring templates from our library to the system. (02:52): And when you are about to add a template, you can just click on it to preview it so you make sure that you are utilizing the right templates in the system. Let’s go back to the automated reviews area and then we have a second section there, and that is the onboarding reviews. Again, this is a very powerful tool. It lets you conduct these all important onboarding interviews and reviews, 60 days out, 90 days out, whatever your organization sets up. And so you now have eLeaP doing the work for you to ensure that new hires that come on board are having these onboarding reviews performed. And as usual, you can see where you have the ability to customize the templates, the questions that you are asking about, and then of course indicating if you want the e-signature requirement for that as well. As of course, what should happen to the submissions in terms of the data, how do you want that data to be available? So these are how you set up your reviews in the system.
