In this tutorial, we are looking at the metrics system. So of course if you go to your form templates area, you do have a tab there called metrics. These are, think about them as themes. These are categories of rating type questions. And what is neat about this is that once you create your metrics, you can then utilize those metrics in your form templates. So of course for those that are new to form templates, these are essentially the types of questions that you can ask in your PMP account. And you do have all kinds of questions. We’ve got written questions, we’ve got grading all kinds of questions. What’s neat about the metric system is that you incorporate it into a question and then that pulls all kinds of neat analytic data for you. Let me explain. So I’m actually going to go to, I’m to my reviews area and I’m going to pull a particular review. (01:04): I’m sorry, let’s start with surveys. I’m going to go to a surveys area and pull this particular survey. Alright, now lemme scroll over here. You see how the way the questions are describe here, how would you rate your overall health, right? So of course in this pillar question, you’ve got a 78% variability score. But when you drill down, you actually are able to see one, the responses and the metrics. Let’s go to another question here. So this pillar question for example, is where you have, let’s see, this is how would you rate your mental wellbeing? So when I go to my metrics, you see that I have a positive 0.44. What basically that means is that the field, this particular question, folks are generally more positive in terms of their response compared to the survey. Other types of questions in the survey system, and then of course vice versa. (02:00): I see right over here that how would you rate your level of stress? Well, you’ve got a 58% variability and this is why you can see that it has a negative correlation, if you will, across the system. And if you look in there, you can see why. You can see that you’ve got a lot of negative responses. So this is one of the ways that you can suddenly utilize the system here. Let me go to the review system and lemme see if I have an example for you. I will pull a review and see if I have an example. Let’s try this particular review. Let me go to a review that has, let’s try this one right here and let’s see what kinds of data we can pull from this review analytics. Alright, so I’m going to go to Michelle’s upward reviews. Alright, so this is Michelle as a manager. (03:01): She’s got reviews and if I go to for example, these responses and go to my metrics, I can see where she’s strong and where she’s, in terms of the data that’s coming in where she might be having to improve on some areas. And you can easily see in a comparison, excuse me. So this is how your metrics work. And you simply go to your form templates area, go to the metrics area and you can load up your metrics. Just add the metrics here. And once you have a metrics, select the color scheme that you want for the metric. You can customize the color scheme as you can see. And then once you go in and create a form template, just know that in the form template. Once you create it and create those fields, you literally can then attribute the particular metric that you’ve just created. If you need to create a new metric, you can just do that right here. If you want to select an existing metric, you can do that here. But just know that these metrics are really powerful and they help with analytics downstream. So whether you’re using it in your reviews or in your surveys, please pay attention to the metrics. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any other features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
