Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this quick tutorial, we are going to focus on the quick tour as well as any helpful or help tool tips in the system and how to generally navigate the interface. Alright, so at the very top right here, if you click on the down arrow, you will see four tabs. My profile, quick Tour Learning and Logout. Of course learning is if your account has both of our learning platforms as well as our people success platforms. If you do click on the Quick tour, you will get this overview and what it does is it points you to specific parts of the system, highlighting their users and explaining how to navigate the system in general. Go ahead and go through that. You definitely can skip if you want to skip the quick tour so you’re not obligated to go through the whole thing, but it is super helpful and we recommend that you check that out.

The other thing is when you put your cursor right over this little eye, you’ll see quick tool tips here that have links. Be sure to click on the learn more if you want to learn more information about that section. Alright, so again, these are useful insights and useful that are designed to help you. Same thing in weekly status, right over here we’ve got a pulse point. It is right over here, goals and so on and so forth. A couple of things I want to point out. At the bottom left corner of your screen, bottom left corner, if I expand my menu here, you would see where it says need help. Feel free to click on that and you’ll be able to get help within this tool. I’m going to close my menu so that I have a wider view port. The last piece I want to point out has to do with actually the last two things. The feeds right here. Please check those out. The number that’s highlighted here is an equivalent of active feeds that have not been responded to and as you respond to them.

So excuse me, I can’t type like. So. The number decreases to let you know that you have processed all your outstanding feeds that are active and you can actually tell which feeds are active because there’s an indicator right there. The last piece is this gamification area here. It is an area that lets you see what scores you’ve earned as well as the leaderboard, as well as badging. This is something that’s typically set up by your admin, so again, feel free to check those out. So this is a quick overview on some highlighted areas of the system, including the quick tour.
