In this quick tutorial, we are going over the weekly status system. This is an easy way to align weekly tasks, task management for you and for your team. When you go to the weekly status area, you are able to see, first off a dashboard that brings all of this data to you. You can utilize the period checker to be able to get different data spans for the data. What is neat about this is it really helps you to be able to understand when there are challenges, how your team is feeling about accomplishing goals, and you can drill down to specific individuals, simply go to the buy individual area, and you were actually able to utilize tools like the completion rate sought by option to be able to get all of that data. If you click on a user’s name for example, you are able to see the details. (01:03): What is cool about this is if you see this little icon, it basically indicates that this particular weekly task is linked to a goal. So what better way to know how the input that your team and your users are putting out is linked to the goals and outcomes that you want to see right now. It doesn’t mean that as an admin or a manager or a senior manager, that you yourself do not have weekly tasks. You have your own area, and again, you are able to utilize this area to add in your goals and accomplishments. You have an option to have multi-step tasks. So if, let’s say a particular task category actually has several different checklist items, you can add them into the system and be able to actually work on each of those individual items. So this is a quick overview. It is a window into how your team is performing on a week-to-week basis. And of course, what we always say is don’t wait once a year to reach out to people. Look at this data and be proactive. Do those check-ins, do those one-on-ones, and then of course, be able to utilize some of this data in your performance reviews if you want to. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any of the features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
