In this quick tutorial, we are going to take a look at being able to set up your automated reviews. Now to do that, you will go to your modules tab, go to your reviews module and click on the automated reviews. You have two sections here. You’ve got activate individual anniversary reviews. If this is not activated, go ahead and activate it. I don’t want to deactivate mine for now, but go ahead and click on view and edit details and you’ll be able to set parameters such as when the automated reviews should start. For individual anniversaries, you can select the templates, and if you don’t know about templates, we do have a video for that. Definitely make sure that you input templates for all three options, all four, including the self-assessment if that’s what you want. You don’t have to include self-assessment, but if you do choose to include self-assessment, you’re basically able to do that over here. (01:05): And then of course, we’ll go to the second option, which is the onboarding reviews. Now, onboarding reviews do require that you incorporate this into the individual user’s profile. So when you toggle the onboarding reviews, the system is going to look for whatever parameters you have instituted for the individual that is being onboarded so that we can appropriately send out the reviews at the appropriate time. But again, the same process works. You select when it starts, you select the type of templates that you want to utilize here, right? So peer upward downwards, self assessment, and of course the visibility settings. Now I’m going to go over to my teams and people area because I want to point out exactly how you incorporate the onboarding review parameters into a user. So I’m going to select Blue Crow here. This is this user, and I’m going to edit their profile just to show you. (02:04): So I see a higher date in 12-19, and right here you can check this box here. And this lets you set up the probationary period. This is very much customizable, so it is customizable pay new hire. So as you can see, we have one month, two months, three as well as six months. So if you want, for example, this new hire to have a two month probationary period, you incorporate that into the system. And now that we have, remember we have the parameters set up here in our reviews module. The system would basically utilize that two month period to be able to incorporate the onboarding review parameters that you have set up.
