In this tutorial, we are looking at the data from our survey. So of course we have a video for how to create surveys, leveraging the form templates, leveraging the metrics system. Now you’ve done that, you’ve gotten a survey out, you’ve gotten responses. Let’s look at what the data says about the surveys that we get. So of course, when you go into the survey system, simply select a survey that you want to have data on. When you go to the dashboard, there’s a section here that says, for example, go to survey. If you click on it, it takes you straight to that particular particular survey. So we have this survey here, and this survey actually has different types of questions. There’s a rating question, there is a single choice group, there’s a range question. So all kinds of different question types. (00:53): That’s actually pretty neat. Let’s actually take a look at another survey I want to give you guys. Let’s take a look at the survey right here. Alright, so I have this survey and I’m just going to give you the top level view and we can drill down into granular details in another video. But I’ll give you a quick overview here. So the survey is laid out where you can expand it and basically collapse it. You do have an option to export a survey data. So you’ve got a PDF and a CSV option there. And then of course you’ve got a summary right here. So this gives you an overview of the survey. You’ve got a QA section, you’ve got a metrics section, top responders, word count. Alright, so let’s go to the summary. And as you can see, each question is listed there. Know that this line is actually giving you an indication of whether that survey completion was a hundred percent. (01:51): So that’s what this little purple line is. To see the details of the survey responses, just simply click on the question. So how would you rate your overall health? You’ve got 12.5% poor to very poor, you’ve got in the fair section 12, and then of course 50% here and 25% in excellent. And you can see the breakdown here. You can also go over to the responses area and that gives you, now the individuals now note that depending on how the survey is created and disseminated, you might have people that provide anonymous responses if that’s what you have indicated. So for example, I have an individual here and over here I have an anonymous response. So that’s what the difference is. If you go over to the metrics area, that’s beginning to give you that data we’ve talked about in terms of use of metrics. So the metrics do have, and we do have a video that specifies these fields and so you can check that out. (02:53): But essentially the metrics area gives you an indication, a comparison. It lets us take a look at the field mean the field leverage compared to the survey mean. Alright, so we compare that and we are able to give you a comparison. So for example, in some of the questions, and this is four metrics type questions, in some of the questions you’d see where there’s an upward positive comparison data, for example, in this pillar of question here, more people are expressing positive sentiments. In this pillar of question, how would you rate your mental health being now in this pillar of question here, how would you rate your level of stress? You actually have the reverse happening. So when I go to metrics here, you can see where there’s a negative correlation. Alright? So more people are expressing more negative sentiments about their level of stress, which kind of makes sense. (03:45): If you go to the data, you can see that you’ve got moderate to high being the measure categories. And of course we know that the responses area allow you to kind of get more details about individuals. Now here’s the cool thing about the survey. We have designed it so that it is engaging. So you can go from the survey responses to an actual question and answer area. People can have comments that they can actually talk about their responses or just in general what they think about the survey. And then of course you’ve got the metrics area there. That kind of breaks down, of course some of that data analytics that we talked about. So you can actually see it here. Alright? As well as of course your top respondents as we indicated. So as usual, if you have any questions about how to read the data, how to analyze the data, please do not hesitate to contact us.
