In this tutorial, we are looking at the check-ins one-on-ones feature. First things first, go to your setting tab, go over to modules and go ahead and click on the check-ins module. And you would see that you have an option to obviously activate the activated module, but also to be able to incorporate the Google calendar system or the Outlook calendar system in there. Alright, let’s go to the check-ins area right over here. So what are check-ins? Well check-ins allow you managers to create these meetings. Okay. They’re focused, they’re very productive. They can be longer or shorter depending on what your goals are. Some call them, I just call. So it just depends on what the outcome is and how long it is that you want. So typically for the purpose of this tutorial here, I’ll just show you an example of a check-in here. (00:58): As you can see, I’ve got my talking points area, I’ve got my plans area, and then you can take notes here. Alright, so let’s do a quick check-in. So I’m going to go and click add new check-in. You can use AI to ask for help creating, do a check-in. For example, I can say I’m going to create a check-in for a salesperson. Alright, so I’ll just hit my little input right there and let’s see what happens. Alright, so here’s my check-in created by ai. I’ve got a description, I’ve got a meeting time, I’ve got talking points. See that? That’s literally how simple it is. If you want to add your check-ins to your preferred calendar, simply check this box there. You’ll be able to institute whatever number of minutes you want to check in for. If it is a recurring check-in, you certainly can do that here. (01:50): So you can see just how powerful those tools are. It’s very, very unique and also very, very helpful in being able to create these types of short-term feedback that managers really like and team members really appreciate. When it comes to inviting who should participate, depending on your permission level in the system, you’ll be able to either select, of course, if you’re a manager, you’ve got teams, you can select whatever teams you manage. If you are an admin like I am, you are able to see their organization tab there. And so of course you can select all members of the organization or you can select specific people. So if you want to select specific people to attend your check-in, simply go here and find those individuals. Always know that your name will be at the top there. So of course, add yourself to the meeting if that’s what you want to do. And simply click Add members, and that’s it. That takes care of it. If nothing else, just hit save check-in. And that’s pretty much it. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any of the features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
