In this quick tutorial, we are looking at the reviews module as a manager. So of course I’m logged in as a manager and when I go to my review section, I have two top level menus, all reviews, received reviews. All reviews actually has a sub menu. It has create a view as well as review. Review In the creative view, this shows reviews that you have created. So as a manager, of course, you can click right here. You can actually create reviews, right? We have a video on how to create reviews. You also do have the option to look at your participation in other reviews. So this is the reviewer mode, if you will. So in this case, for example, you have a review here to perform, and in this case it is Shea’s anniversary review. And if you click on the review details, it’ll give you details of this type of review and what it is. (01:00): So the type of review, the target, and all of that stuff. If you come over here, you have two teams that you have relations with. She, okay, so in Team lb, you are a peer of she in Team Silverback, you actually are a direct supervisor. So this is how comprehensive the E Elite platform is. It’s able to intelligently calibrate based on the types of relationships you have with team members in the different teams. So for example, in the peer reviews, if you look at the questions that are being asked here, for example, clearly communicates with team members. Alright, this is one of the first questions on the communication. Let’s go to the downward reviews and let’s look at the type of question that’s being asked. There clearly demonstrates a solid understanding of their role and job requirements. So you see how the system is able to calibrate different templates based on the types of relationships that you have in the review mode. (02:01): Okay? So of course you can perform your review there very, very easily and submit it. Note that until the review period passes, you are not able to see reviews that have been provided. It is just to keep the authenticity of the process and not to have people be swayed by what they’ve seen about what that has have said. So just something to be aware of. But as you can see here, I’m able to go in there and actually perform the reviews that have been assigned to me as well. As of course, if you go to creative mode, as we indicated earlier on, you can create reviews, you can assign it to your team members, you can assign it to individuals that you manage.
