In this tutorial, I am taking the role of a team member and I am going to input my weekly items and just manage those for you all to see. So I’ll go over to my weekly status area. Of course, you can also see your to-do from right over here. And of course you can click on an item to go over to that section. So you can either use the, I’m just going to expand my menu right quick. You can use the left side menu, click on that, and then of course go over to your mine section there. Now, I do already have some items here, but if I wanted to add a new item, I’ll just simply go to the open area here, add item if you want to, you can definitely link this item to say existing goal. So let’s say I’m linking this to my third day goal. (00:51): Notice that the goal background is highlighted there and I can click add. You can always come back and edit any of these. No worries at all. Just come back here, hit edit and you’ll be able to edit it. If you want to upload a file, you definitely can do that. If you want to utilize emojis or what have you, feel free to do that. So lots of options here for you. Alright, now imagine that your week is going great and you are accomplishing things. So you want to, for example, move things along. Let’s say you have been able to complete those downloadable PDFs, you can grab drag and drop to the accomplishment section. So as you can see, or you can also utilize the ellipses or the three dots. You can click on those and then you can certainly move those over. So if let’s say, one of the things that we frequently encounter is that you have challenges, these are items that for whatever reason, I’m not going to be able to be done this week. (01:55): And because there’s a block, there’s a challenge somewhere, there’s a difficulty somewhere. You can either choose to, of course, move them to the challenges section, or if you think that, hey, this will be something that you can get done next week, just go over to the three dots again, hit send or move to next week and we will move that from that section to the next week’s area, right? See how cool that is. You do have an option right here for your sentiment value, and so you can update that. Please note that the pulse point tool at the bottom right corner right here, it is a powerful tool and it allows you to do something the same thing by it on a day-to-day basis. So each day you can actually add in your pulse point, how you’re feeling, how’s your productivity, and if you have a journal entry or an entry, you want to feel free to put that in there and share with who you want to share. (02:47): So this can be utilized in a variety of ways for both positive as well as negative or challenges. If let’s say you have a problem and you need somebody to assist you with it, this is where you give heads up. So it’s an important and powerful part of the PSP system. As your plans change, definitely check this out and you can also utilize the date range here to be able to pull and just go back and get information about your accomplishments for the month, for the quarter, for the year, and so on and so forth. So feel free to utilize those. Something I want to point out real quick is that do whenever possible, do link your weekly items to goals. These are the ways that you are going to be able to know how your daily activities are moving the needle, so to speak, for you and your team and your organization. (03:44): So that if, let’s say that my goal is to make three posts each day and I have gone ahead and done that today, well guess what? I’ll just go right over here and I’ll increment that. That’s how I keep track of my progress. And this area allows you to be able to have comments back and forth with your manager if you have any attachments or what have you that you want to upload as part of all of this, you are able to do that here.
