In this quick tutorial, we are taking a look at an overview of the eLeaP Performance Management Platform. We’ll start from the bottom and work our way up. Alright, so let’s go to settings at the left here. And by the way, you can collapse and expand this menu. So settings. And first thing we want to do is to go over to Branding and you can upload your organization logo. Then go to the org chart and this chart essentially allows you to mimic how your company or organization is structured. Super easy to do. And then of course I’ll spend a little bit of time in the modules area. If you want to, I’ll come back to this in a sec, but if you wanted to just explore this, go over to review section for example, and you can see where you can do anniversary reviews or onboarding reviews right over there. (00:46): But we’ll come back to that in a sec. The next section is our form templates area. So the form templates area, when you go there, this is your organization tab. You typically will not have as many form templates. Form templates are pretty much how you create questionnaires or you create a way to ask questions or for input. Alright? So feel free to go over to the library area and over there you can grab any of these and add them to your workspace. Alright, we keep going up. Let’s go to teams and people. Teams and people is a really important piece because the system relies on the concept of teams. Some people call groups. And so what you want to do is go to the people’s area and your free trial gives you up to five users. So guess what? You can add four additional users on there and then go over to the teams area and just add one team. (01:36): You would need a team leader and a team member. You need one of each, at the very least to create a team. So feel free to explore that. Then after you’ve done all of that setup right here, these sections here for you to explore, I would say go to the review section. Why not? Let’s add in a review. I’m going to add in a team-based review as an example. So a team-based review. And then I’ll hit next. I’ll leave the start and end dates, and then I’ll go over here. My orientation is going to be team, but guess what? I can select individual or org and then I’ll come over here and I’ll simply will select the team or teams that I want. Alright, so you can do that right over here. The review type is very, very important. And again, we do have videos that are going to guide you through all of this. (02:20): By the way, whenever you see this purple icon here with an I, you can cover over it and then click on the land more here and that goes through a tutorial. So feel free to explore that. These review types are explained right over here in terms of what they mean. So feel free to explore that. And then last but not least, simply select the option to continue and launch it if you want to. Other areas that I would like you to explore, for example, will be the check-ins area. You can definitely explore the surveys area, including the ENPS area. You can explore goals. That’s a very, very important piece. So feel free to explore the goals area, the weekly studies and PulsePoint round out the rest of the system. So this is a quick overview. We know that you will have questions, no worries. At the bottom left corner, right over here, see where it says need help. Click on that and you’ll be able to ask us any questions that you want.
