PMP Publishing Principles
Principles we strive to uphold
Introduction
Our eLeaP Performance Management Platform is designed to be a safe, engaging, and constructive place for engagement, learning, growth, and shared understanding. We respect and value the voice of each member of our community. While we might not get everything right, these publishing principles are created to ensure that all content produced aligns with our ethos.
- Respect for Individuals
We value and respect all individuals and communities. Our eLeaP platform promotes diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or harm to others is strictly prohibited and should be reported to us immediately.
- Accuracy and Credibility
Accuracy is of the utmost importance. We expect all publishers to fact-check their content thoroughly before publishing. Misinformation or misleading content will not be tolerated. Where appropriate, sources should/would be cited, and any errors promptly addressed.
- Relevance and Utility
The content published should provide value to our community. It should align with our shared objectives of performance management, fostering personal development, professional growth, and collective learning. Irrelevant, promotional, or spam content is not accepted.
- Transparency and Authenticity
Publishers should be transparent and authentic, reflecting true opinions, experiences, or research findings. Plagiarism, misrepresentation, or manipulation of facts is not allowed and should be reported to us immediately.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
Respect for personal privacy and data confidentiality is a must. No content should infringe upon the privacy rights of individuals or organizations. This includes publishing confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information without consent.
- Feedback and Responsiveness
We encourage interactive communication on our platform. Individual publishers should be open to comments, suggestions, and constructive criticism from the community. They are also expected to respond in a timely and respectful manner.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All published content should comply with local, national, and international laws and regulations, including copyright, libel, and obscenity laws.
- Continuous Improvement
We believe in the power of continuous improvement. Publishers should be open to learning and improving their content based on feedback and new knowledge.
- Respect for Platform Guidelines
All publishers should adhere to our platform’s terms of service, community guidelines, and any other policies in place.
Content Moderation
Our team reviews all content published on the eLeaP Performance Management Platform. Content found to violate any of these principles or any other platform policy may be removed.
Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to modify these publishing principles at any time. Publishers will be notified of any significant changes.
